Remuneration for Members of the PSA Peugeot Citroën Managing Board

At its meeting on 10 February 2009, the PSA Peugeot Citroën Supervisory Board reviewed the remuneration package for members of the Managing Board.
Their salary, which in 2008 amounted to €1,030,000 for the Chairman and €618,000 for the other members, will remain unchanged in 2009.

Their 2008 bonus, based on the Group’s results for the year and the objectives set for each member’s functions, will represent between 20% and 30% of their salary, compared with 85% to 100% the year before.

Christian Streiff, Chairman of the Managing Board, informed the Supervisory Board that he would forego his bonus for 2008, which would have amounted to 25% of his salary.
