Denis Martin appointed executive Vice President, Human Resources at PSA Peugeot Citroën

Denis Martin has been appointed Executive Vice President, Human Resources at PSA Peugeot Citroën and named to the Executive Committee.

Mr. Martin will take up his new responsibilities on February 16 and begin attending Executive Committee meetings in mid-January. Currently head of the Rennes Production Center, Mr. Martin, 52, has a Masters degree in Management from Université Paris-Dauphine. He joined the Group on June 2, 2008. Mr. Martin was Vice President, Equipment at SNCF, the French national railway, from 2005 to 2008. Prior to that, he held executive-level positions at Valeo and Philips and human resources management positions at Magneti Marelli.
